Lee Gobbo, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has more than 30 years of human resources and operations management experience working in leadership positions for various organizations ranging in size from 100 to 13,000 employees. 

 
Lee has directed the human resources function in various business sectors including hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, consumer products, utilities, real estate, and professional services.

Over the past 20 years, Lee has successfully proven to be a strategic HR business partner by promoting employee and company growth, providing innovative, results-driven leadership to align HR programs and initiatives with operational and financial goals.  Lee has significant, pro-active employee and labor relations experience supporting multiple locations – nationally and internationally.

Lee holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Business Management.
